These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Cruchten Séverine, sole trader (SIRET 842 157 513 00024, 19 rue des Mineurs, 57330 Hettange-Grande), hereinafter "the Provider", and any adult individual registering via iliketomoveit.lu, hereinafter "the Customer".
Any registration entails unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
The Provider offers group baby-swimming sessions for children aged 4 months to 5 years, accompanied by a parent or adult carer. Registrations via this site exclusively concern the An der Schwemm pool (Bettembourg, Luxembourg).
A registration covers a term of 10 consecutive sessions; the exact schedule is communicated to the Customer after registration, taking into account school holidays and public holidays.
The term price is €170 by card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay) or €164 by instant bank transfer (€6 discount corresponding to waived bank fees).
Payment is due at registration. The registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business VAT exemption).
Registration is made exclusively online via the dedicated form on iliketomoveit.lu. Places are allocated by order of payment receipt, with priority given to children already enrolled who wish to continue. Until payment is received, the place is not reserved.
Pursuant to article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from registration confirmation to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification.
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their unambiguous decision to severine@iliketomoveit.lu. The refund is made within 14 days using the same payment method used at registration.
Special case: if, at the Customer's express request, sessions begin before the end of the 14-day period, the Customer acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Pursuant to article L.221-25 of the Consumer Code, in the event of withdrawal after the start of performance, the Customer owes an amount proportional to the sessions already delivered.
The term is a firm commitment to 10 sessions at the scheduled time slots. Missed sessions are neither made up nor refunded, for any reason whatsoever (illness, travel, occasional unavailability, etc.).
No trial session is offered beforehand.
If a session is cancelled by the Provider (illness, force majeure, pool closure), a make-up session is offered at the end of the term; failing that, the session is refunded pro rata.
The Customer remains responsible for the safety of their child throughout the session, including in the water. The Provider ensures pedagogical supervision, but the child's physical safety remains permanently under the care of the accompanying parent in the water.
A lifeguard is present in the pool premises. The Provider holds professional liability insurance.
The Customer attests to the absence of medical contraindication to baby swimming for their child. In case of doubt (recurrent ear infections, severe eczema, cardiac disorders, immunosuppression, particular treatment, etc.), a paediatric opinion is required before the first session.
Data collected during registration (name, email, phone, child's age) is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this site.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempted amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
Pursuant to article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. Mediator details are provided on request at severine@iliketomoveit.lu.
Online registration via the "Pay" button constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
