About
About me

Passionate about sport for as long as I can remember, I've practised many disciplines — dance, gymnastics, swimming, athletics, triathlon. My STAPS (sport sciences) degree and my experience in ergonomics, specialising in physical assessments for disabled workers, allowed me to develop an approach centred on the body, movement and personalised support.
In 2018, I returned to baby swimming as an instructor in Luxembourg, training in the Swim and Smile method with Annick. It was a true revelation — I fully blossomed in this work. Over the years I have developed my own know-how and a very personalised way of running sessions, drawing on the principles of my initial training and my professional background.
Today, it is this human, individualised and caring approach that makes me want to take the lead on the classes again, to offer support that is true to my values and to my vision of baby swimming.
The way I work
« I believe in joyful, pressure-free sessions where the child moves forward at their own pace. My role is to give you the keys to share with your baby a special moment in the water — a moment that will stay. »
