Depending on your interaction with the site, the following data may be collected: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), child's age, free-text message, payment information (via Stripe), server logs (IP address, user-agent — via Vercel).

No data is collected without your knowledge. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): handling registrations, organising sessions, communicating with the Customer.

Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): site security, fraud prevention, aggregated usage statistics.

Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): for contact forms, via an explicit checkbox.

Your data is accessible to Séverine Cruchten and to her technical subprocessors only, strictly as needed for their services: Stripe Payments Europe (Dublin, Ireland) for payments; Resend Inc. (USA) for transactional emails; Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting; OVH SAS (France) for mailbox hosting.

No data is transferred or sold to third parties.

Some subprocessors (Stripe, Resend, Vercel) operate from the United States. Transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Contact data not converted into a registration: 1 year from the last exchange.

Data related to a registration and payment: 5 years from the service date (accounting and tax obligations).

Server logs (Vercel): 12 months maximum.

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to severine@iliketomoveit.lu specifying your request. A response is provided within one month.

If you consider, after having contacted us, that your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority):

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (Stripe payment session, language preference, cookie banner acceptance). No advertising or tracking cookies are placed. In accordance with CNIL recommendations, no prior consent is required for these essential cookies.

The site is served over HTTPS (SSL certificate). Payment data (card number, CVV) is never stored by the Provider: it is transmitted to and stored exclusively by Stripe, a specialised provider certified PCI-DSS Level 1.
